So I decided on a channel tapered ring like the one pictured. It's being set as we speak. But I'm wondering should I ask to get a certificate of all the little diamonds on the band itself? Is that a reasonable request? There are 12 little ones and the salesperson says they're a range of colorless and VS1 diamonds but I wanna see it on papers too. Granted they are teeny tiny and the band comes out to 700 bucks (14k white gold) so I'm wondering if they're for real or what?
Also, how's the maintenance like since there's little nooks between the little stones that dirt can get into?
