It was simply a misunderstanding and they fixed it right away. They polished it the last time I left it with them about a year ago, which wasn''t a problem then, but I didn''t want it to happen again. I''d only had it a couple months the first time so it wasn''t too scratchy anyways and they were matching the satin finish on the ering to my SP band, so they had to repolish it. This time, I wanted it to still look like I''d been wearing it for a while and it didn''t, which upset me more than I thought it would. Ah well, it is in the past.
