Platinum and sapphire settings

I''ve finally found the diamond, and now the hunt begins for the perfect setting design.

I''m looking for plt/white with sapphire side stones. I love semi-bezel and seem to remember seeing a Diana or Krementz with sapphire pears.

Can anyone point me in a direction toward some possibilities?

OOooooo, that's the one! I tried to find it on Diana Couture site, but it's not there. It must be an older design. Any idea how to order an older setting? Should I just take the pic and have it custom made? How do I get sapphires for it?

My fiancee's e-ring is white gold with sapphire side stones. The same setting was available in platinum, but I chose WG.
