I''m looking for plt/white with sapphire side stones. I love semi-bezel and seem to remember seeing a Diana or Krementz with sapphire pears. Can anyone point me in a direction toward some possibilities?

Any idea how to order an older setting? Should I just take the pic and have it custom made? How do I get sapphires for it?
