Placed an Order for a diamond I found

I found the diamond through PS search and it's for one of the highly recommended online vendors. I had placed the order last week and today, I was notified that the diamond is no longer available. I am devastated I know things happen but I had gotten really excited about this order. Now I am waiting for my refund. Has this happened to you guys before who have purchased online?

Sorry to hear that sometime it's happen. I place order with BGD with my studs but one of the diamond already gone but with the best customer service at BGD they find me another one that well match. Hope you can find the new one that really pop your heart again
