Hi all
Here's the photo of the engraving. If anyone has any ideas what it is, please let me know.

I wonder if that second part is 10% irid as in Plat 10% irid?

Edit...can you provide a picture of the whole ring? That may give a clue.

I have just sent myself a pic of the whole ring. And yes the 10% bit is 10% irid plat, so ignore that bit. It's the bit that looks like AHK that I want to know about.

It's a round centre 2.25 carat european cut, flanked by two 0.5 carat marquis, flanked by two tapered 0.25 carat baguettes, set in platinum.

It’s backwards: KHA
???

But why write something backwards? It could also be a VHK but that makes no sense either. Why join the letters together?

Very lucky find...all thanks to Diamond Seeker. I knew it was art deco. I bought it from two sisters who had apparently inherited it, but couldn't afford to buy one another out, so they sold it on E-Bay and shared the cash. I am a very lucky person.

Pic is of the ring, but you can't see the two tapered baguettes.
