Perfectly Cut Diamond Search

So I was working with a family friend, but I am not sure I am being heard completely and would really appreciate some help. Is it possible to get a perfectly ideal cut diamond for under 20k with the specs 1.75 carat F VS2 with no fluorescence. I am not willing to go down on color (especially since the stone will likely be graded by AGS) or clarity so I'm not sure if it is even possible with my budget. If anyone can find a stone within this criteria I would be amazingly grateful! Thanks, as always, for the help and advice!

These are the closest I could find in no Fluor super ideals- not a round expert by any means so Ill leave finding unbranded ones to prosumers. Best of luck!

I believe I've read the experts saying that AGS grades color very similarly to GIA, perhaps 1/10th of a grade off, which, in practice, shouldn't matter that much- a high H could be a low G at the borders.
