Pear sidestones

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a setting with pear sides but with a six prong center stone? I''ve been looking everywhere and I can''t find a ring setting like this.

that''s the only one I could find. If you can find one with a peg head then that could be switched out for a six prong.

You could easily have one custom made, I would recommend that option rather than trying to switch out heads, just for the fluidity of the design etc.

How about BGD? They are super hot right now and do some seriously stunning work!

Hmm, Blue Nile has a couple but they are both 4 prong. I would call and ask on the four prong ones you did find if they would put in a 6 prong. Never hurts to ask.
