The prices might seem bizarre. The 7 is simply a ho-hum cut, although the proportions are there for a recut - as was done toward this ring www .

The 6 has already been through the wrangler, so this is as good as it gets.

___
digressing: going back to look at these is my little prize for finding out why I could not copy links - just today, when a long bibliography needs done!

I don't really trust JA for colored stones. Their certifications are from themselves, and the cuts are always blah.

Just saw this and thought it might suit what you’re looking for:

Not sure if he would sell the stone on its own or if you’d need him to set it for you.

Edit: didn’t mean to post the video - can’t figure out how to link to the FB post but it’s sold through https://m.facebook.com/HattonGardenBespokeDiamondJewelleryWorkshop/

Actually now that I look at the video it may be too yellow for you even though he describes it at peach!
Oh thank you so much. It's amazing how helpful everyone has been! Unfortunately this is too yellow for me but I appreciate you sharing.

Definitely go in and see Doug. Hopefully the lift is fixed it’s 4 flights up using the stairs. Ugh. He is fabulous and interesting and very talented.
Morganite is 8 on Mohos (sapphire is 9) as its the pink shade of beryl (emeralds are the green, aquamarine the pale blue) and it’s a reasonably sturdy gem but probably not an everyday unless you bezel or halo set it. It’s the ideal peach pink colour in my opinion and is gaining in popularity as an engagement ring, all coloured gems are becoming more and more popular.

I was worried about durability and didn't recommend morganite to OP for that reason, but you are totally right that you could halo or bezel it!
