I want to have 2 wedding bands, one plain, one bezel band with 1.5 pointers (the one from BGD), my concern is that my ring has an open pavilion, so I think my bezel band would rub against it, as well as possibly the culet (though i dont know)

is that a danger? The bezel would prevent diamond on diamond "eating", but is it a danger to have the metal touching it and rubbing? Will i have to solder them together?

I'd hold the two rings together and make sure that diamonds are not touching diamonds or metal. I have a similarly set sapphire, and I can wear it safely with a diamond half-eternity band. The bottom of my sapphire does not protrude past the sides of the hoop, and the diamonds on my half-eternity band do not extend past the sides of the band. I had them made by the same designer, so they fit together beautifully.

The diamond should not touch bands sitting next to the e-ring. It would be a very poor design if it did. The wedding bands also shouldn't be any higher than the shank of the e-ring so I don't think you'll have a problem.

So if the bezel band is the same thickness as the band it should be a problem?
I wasnt sure if sense its to separate rings that it might make a difference.

heres what it looks like, ignore the quality

Do you know how thick the shank is mm wise? I don't think the BGD is going to be an issue. I have the diamond and sapphire one and it is very low in profile. It sits next to a 1.5mm thick plain band and it looks to me like they are the same height. The shank on your ring looks like it could even be thicker?

Another note- I just ordered the diamond version and noticed that the mm thickness on the BGD website says its 1.6 thick while the diamond sapphire combo says 1.4 thick. Yet they are the same style ring. So if it comes down to .1 or .2 you may want to call them. 1.6 is still very low.

IMO there is no danger at all.
