Pave Problems?

Just wondering if anyone has had any MAJOR problems with Pave falling out of an E-Ring or not, I mean other then maybe A stone falling aout? Are they EASY to lose or fall out or are they pretty secure?

I think that the likelihood of having ''issues'' with pave is very directly correlated to the quality of the workmanship.
