I think the necklace goes with it?
Doesn't look like there is any writing on the ear clasps or ring, but a large "PAT PEND" on the back of the necklace.

Don't know about metal composition, or what these green stones are?

The shade of green (box) says 20's-50's to me? 1662257500923190494019413582866.jpg

Found while packing, unfortunately packed my loupe days ago..

Any help or ideas?

Ooh, i love a mystery. To me, “pat pend.” usually means patent pending, but It doesn't seem to make sense here.
The green stone on the pendant (second pic) looks like nephrite. On the other items, it is hard to tell - are those white lines on the surface reflections or inherent in the stone?

They are white marks/streaks/clouds.
I'm fairly certain that's a pearl on the pendant. I'm gonna get the metal tested. I think it is beyond odd to have a pat pending on something with no makers mark.

No flash in good light

This came from my grandmother before she passed. Super funny as I'm an adult male and she had a laundry list of female kids, nieces and female grandchildren to give this to. (FAVORITE! lol)

I didn't even ask about it at the time..
Wish I would have.

Does the style or design stick out to anyone?

I got stuff from my grandmother that ranged anywhere from the late 1600's-1970's. I have no clue if it's even the original box.

The pendant is costume jewelry - a reverse image search shows the exact item selling for $5.

The pendant "stone" appears slightly different than the other stones. Best case scenario, the others are serpentine in gold-plated silver. Not expensive, but obviously sentimental.

Hope these items bring back happy memories of your grandmother.

Mine does not have a diamond, nor does it look like it ever had one.

The sentimentality is pretty high though

You don't see "patent pending" very often on jewelry. The naturally-occurring green gems and precious metals are no longer patentable. :cool2:
