I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions on this as a setting, and in specific, with regards to a small ring size. I am thinking of going with this (120416) versus other engagement ring bases as with multiple diamonds accents, it may be tough for integrity and it will cover a large portion of the band.

To reach my goal, I think the best way to do this is to pick a "engagement ring base" then pick a 6 prong ring head, as I can't find many stock whole semi mounts with 6 prong ring heads.

** she likes shank width's of 2.2-2.8mm it seems
** she doesn't really like cathedral
