IT'S DONE IT'S DONE IT'S DONE!
Seems like I've been messing w/this project forever..but really it's only been about a year since I first decided I wanted AVC's. Then I got the five stone. Sent it back and got the three stone in yellow gold. Sent it back to trade the center in for a bigger version. And now I have THIS!
I've loved Coati's OEC three stone from Single Stone, in yellow gold, ever since I laid eyes on it. I talked to her about doing one of my own and she was very encouraging and answered all my questions. I decided to modify it a bit (even tho it's already different by way of the stone shape and metal) so it wasn't a direct copy. (tho, hear me now, I'm calling dibs on Coati's, I would gladly wear one on each hand
)
I worked with Heather at Single Stone and she was wonderful. The stones are of course AVC's, the sides are M's and the center is an L. I can at times see tint but not much and the thing throws colors back like nobody's business so they could probably be like..X's and you could barely tell. I have a lot of pics and I do plan on posting them all. And I'm posting more after I get my nails done. And..I don't know, whenever I can find a reason/excuse to take and post more pictures.
I missed the delivery. It was supposed to be here yesterday.
I called my husband, bawling, asking him if he could pull over the FedEx truck and make them come back. 
So, we drove over an hour to get them today..and she couldn't find the package and I was wondering if JD could arrest her for dereliction of duty when he isn't a cop in that county. 
Then she found it. 
I was happy. 
Soo then I opened it and I couldn't even say anything. I just did this and then I was all giddy and started laughing. 
Both rings are so totally perfect I couldn't be happier! The bezels are so dainty. The wedding band is perfectly proportioned to the three stone. The three stone has "as you wish" engraved on the inside under the bridge part under the three stone, so there won't be a problem w/any future resizing. The wedding band has "mawage is wot bwings us togevah today" engraved on the outside. You can kinda see it in some of the pics. It's small letters obviously, but *I* know it's there and it makes me smile to see it. Princess Bride is "our" movie..I joke w/him that he is my Westley.
And I know how it goes blah blah shut up Packrat post the pictures!

Thanks everyone! I'm beyond thrilled with it! I spent most of the time after I got it just looking at it and giggling.
