Hi all, I'm new here, but I was wondering if anyone here has an Oval diamond in a lucida/ cross prong setting. I just ordered my ring online and I think I have a good idea of what I am expecting, but it would be nice to have a better visual.

My diamond:

Shape: Oval
Carat weight: 1.05
Cut: Ideal
Color: G
Clarity: VVS1
Certificate: GIA
Depth: 63.3%
Table: 56.0%
Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Very Good
Girdle: Medium
Culet: None
Fluorescence: Faint
Measurements: 8.41*5.59*3.54
Ratio: 1.50

And this is the image of the diamond:

Pretty stone! I can't recall a similar ring offhand. But maybe someone else can!

Gorgeous stone, can't wait to see end result!

Thanks!
I can't wait to see the final product either!! I am very excited, but I'll have to wait until around the 13th for it to get here. I am so antsy, I was just hoping to sneak a peak..
actually...the setting I picked is a cross-prong , like the lucida, and it has an accent diamond on either side...

I can't wait to take photos when I get it... :)

can't wait to see the finished product!

Looks really pretty!

Your lovely oval diamond will look amazing in a ring. I can't wait to see it.

I searched on BN recently purchased rings and they didn't have any pics of that style setting with an oval...I think it will be gorgeous though!

thanks everyone, I'm very excited, and thank you Kiley... Monarch64's ring is lovely and very similar :) It gives me a very good visual. I am wondering how wide her band is.. I can completely envision mine with my two little accent diamonds on the side. Yes... I am getting excited :)

I am so impatient... it should arrive around the 13th... That is still seven days away! I am glad it is exams time at school to keep me distracted :)

We need pics of your ring!!!

I have a oval in a cross 4 prong cathedral, and its a beautiful setting for an oval:)
