Thanks to everyone who has provided input and guidance as I've navigated the intimidating seas of diamond self-education over the last few months. At the suggestion of several folks here and elsewhere, I went to see Yekutiel and the fine folks at I.D. Jewelry in the NYC Diamond District. He treated me so well, gave me a great price, and turned out a BEAUTIFUL ring with which I'll be proposing to my girlfriend in two weeks. Everyone loves pictures, so here you go!
