optimal cushion cut setting

just purchased a gorgeous +2 ct cushion of a very nice color and now hunting for the perfect setting.

is there an optimal & simple platinum setting sytle that would highlight the color and subtleness - without raising the stone too high off the finger?

are there photos anyone could share?

I was also looking for cushion cuts for my engagement ring recently. I was going to get a 2 carat cushion in a micro pave setting. It is beautiful. Martin Katz designed one for Ashley Judd. But I ended up changing my mind and I am getting a round past, present, and future ring (total 3+ carats). But you should check it out. Micro pave settings are great.
