BTW those 2 would go with first one if limited to deciding with information you show only. Fewer inclusions- far fewer. Weight is not that much different - I don't think you can tell in person. 2nd one got too much going on IMO. People talk about eye clean SI1 but IMO you can only make that decision in person. For both the florescence bothers me. Some people want it.
I think if the goal is size but how much you can get away with flaws not being noticeable you need to see the diamond and see it with a trusted expert.
For me I didn't like the flaws. If its eye clean to you then and it doesn't bother you, then its all that matters. If you can see it in person it would be best IMO. BTW I'm not as expert as the other folks on this site. But I have gone through the process you are undertaking. What do you mean by the 2nd one has got too much going on? I've seen magnified videos and ideal scope images to assess the flaws. Medium florescence doesn't bother me on a G colour. Wouldn't go higher than medium.
Late at posting.

This is deeper than I look and combined with the 57% table, I think this will be more leaky than is ideal.

This would be a no to me. It will look good under jewellery store light but die in real life lighting.
Here are a few from their site. The biggest problem I'm seeing with their options is that to stay within ideal table and depth, they tend to have very low crown angles. So, here is the one option I could fine under $30k, G, >2.0 carat, ideal ranges, good angles.

Dropping color to H: Maybe a PS member can view the video...they don't load for me

I then searched for 60/60 diamonds and this one look very nice.

Thanks for all your help! I'm thoroughly confused as I thought these all had Triple Excellent cuts!!!
Good find. I think the small table. The CA is a bit above my personal ideal, but I think it will have some fire. Can they provide an ASET image? If not, I would purchase your own and take pictures with a camera or phone camera. Then, post here.Alright I've had a look at some h coloured options and I think this one meets all the criteria? http://www.diamondexchange.com.au/diamond-details/?stock=DX031273297334

Hearts and arrows looks okay ( not an expert), you want an idealscope or ASET image though.
Do you have to buy from this vendor? They really don't have the best options for you and don't have IS or ASET images. I know you did not have a good experience with another vendor, but it is not a vendor PS member tend to frequent. James Allen offer IS on most diamonds.
These are all in budget, if google did the conversion correctly. All have images and look great. Great angles.

Also thank you for the suggestions, unfortunately when you take into consideration the exchange rate, custom fees and taxes these would all be out of budget.Do you have to buy from this vendor? The one you posted with the video is in the same vein as the others where they have a low crown angle and wide/flat table. I would expect that this diamond would have more white light than fire, but most of the diamonds you have selected have this "look". So, hopefully that indicates that you are happy with that. @HappyNewLife was very happy with her true 60/60 (until her recent jump over to Whiteflash). But, based on the images you posted, it suggests that it has good light return. It has some asymmetry in the hearts view and tears in the hearts. I'm uncertain if this will be eyeclean or not, you'll really need to look at it in person to see how you feel. Will they bring the diamond in for you to look at and allow a full refund? If so, then it is well worth them doing so.Thanks for your response. I spoke with diamond exchange and they advised they are not able to get ideal scope images for any of their stones so I have stopped searching with them. My last post with the GIA certificate, video and ideal scope images is a different vendor.
In the images posted above look at the variation in the clefts of the hearts.@Karl_K, does the arrows view look to have a bit of tilt explaining the variable distance between the pigeon toes?
Thank you for this suggestion. I don't mean to be difficult as I greatly appreciate everyone's help I'm just not too sure about going to an I colour? What is your budget in USD? Around $19000 if you include your taxes, I’m guessing?
How about this?
