Nope. That looks like an image from the diamond report. Where are you purchasing from? Do you have specs? Pics/video of the diamond?
You'll have to request an idealscope image from the vendor. It'll be a red image like below:
https://ideal-scope.com/reference-chart-ideal-scope-images/
Once you locate the diamond's specs, I'd run it through the HCA tool:
https://www.pricescope.com/tools/hca
You'll need the crown and pavilion ANGLES not percentages. If you only have % then change it on the tool with the drop down menu.
You're looking for anything less than 2. Preferably between 1 & 2.
Haha I got a 4.8
Total Visual Performance 4.8 - Good - Only if price is your main criterion
I'll take that as not a good sign?
Correct, lol. If you share your wants and budget we'll help you find something![]()
Ideally would love over 2cts (yes I know size shouldn't be my main motivator). Love colourless but will go to a G. Having seen all the stones in person happy to consider a lower clarify depending on where the inclusions are. Budget would be under 30k including the ring setting which I have been quoted around 2.5k for so stone in itself say around $27.5k
I'm in Australia. Not opposed to it.Are you opposed to purchasing online? Are you in the US?
Whith a super ideal cut, they will appear much whiter than other cuts, keep that in mind:

Whiteflash offers an upgrade policy where you only have to spend $1 more than your original diamond price.
High Performance Diamonds offers the same upgrade policy as WF and they will also buy back your diamond for 80% of what you paid FOR LIFE. They sell Crafted By Infinity diamonds but they are located in the US. There might be a dealer located in AUS.
There are several members from Australia that can help too! I'm not sure what other fees you have to consider but I know they can add up.
Don't look good. big table + flat top + deep bottom half =Need your expert opinions please! Thoughts on a 2.6 G SI2 EX/EX/EX
around $26k (AUD)
Let me know if you need additional info!
It's not an upgrade but thanks for all your help!
These are measurements to help you stay in ideal cut territory with a GIA excellent cut stone. For a local jeweler, tell them you only want stones that are within these ranges:
table: 52-57.5 (but I really prefer under 57)
depth: 60-62.3 {consider 59.5)
crown angle: 34-35.0 (up to 35.5 crown angle can sometimes work with a 40.6 pav angle)
pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 (sometimes 41.0 if the crown angle is close to 34)
Then, run those four numbers through the HCA tool and reject anything greater than 2.0 (1.0 not better than 1.9, this is used to simply reject stones). But, if you like 60/60 stones, this tool has some limitations, its requires more of an visual assessment and the IS/ASET.
Anything left, that meets your clarity and color needs is worthy of requesting images IS/ASET. But, if you look at super-ideal stones (WF ACA, Brian Gavin Select, GoodOldGold, HighPerformanceDiamonds, etc.), just look at the images and ignore the above process.
Don't look good. big table + flat top + deep bottom half =![]()
I think what lalala name was that of you ever decided to upgrade in the future, these vendors offer very generous terms. I don't think there are many jewellers in Aus that would offer anything comparable.
Does anyone have opinions this:

thankyou!
Not an expert like others here but that's a big table for a shallow stone..though I wonder if it would qualify as a 60/60 stone....
The video never loaded on my browser so I'm going by numbers alone here.
I also can't see the video (tried 3 browsers), but the picture tells you this is a large table. It would likely get AGSL ideal/excellent. Its not quite a traditional 60/60 nor a modern "ideal". With these numbers I'd assume you would have less fire than white light (wide table, low CA). It could be quite nice or not, its hard to tell without a video and IS/ASET. It is very clean and very white.
