A lot of prosumers on here know more than I do, but here were the proportion guidelines that they gave me when I was looking -
Depth: 60-62.4%
Table: 54-58%
Crown angle: 34-35 degrees (can go up to 35.5 if paired with 40.6 pavilion)
Pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 degrees

Looks like you could find a better performing stone. If you post your budget, others on here can help you look for something amazing!

Definitely not the original stone, as it isnt well cut. What is your budget and desired color/clarity?

1500 - 2000 for stone and D color / VVS2. Thanks.

Unless there's a specific reason you're looking in the VVS range, I suggest going to the VS range to get more bang for your buck. You can easily find a VS1-2 that's eye-clean.

How about one of these?

In the 1.2 to 1.3 range:

Thanks for all the help.

Can I have a few more options from JA? Also I am still waiting for confirmation of the 1.25 stone. I don’t understand why they have to check if they have it. Thanks.

Here you go!

I am thinking of going with the 1.38 D/VS1? What do you think? Thanks.

Hi, Tippytoes!
Please have a close look at these options... perfectly clean and a little more size/spread: keep in mind how the diamond will look on the whole hand instead of just the single finger.

Consider going a little bigger now and deciding if it's too big so that you can return/exchange for a bit smaller while in the return window instead of kicking yourself for not going a bit bigger after the return window closes and it's too late.
You can try code LAB3 or REDDIT4 to get 3-4% off!

I think I would rather stay at the 7mm size. I'm not comfortable going any bigger. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the stones I tried to get are now unavailable. I would like some more recommendations for a round stone D/VS1 GCAL 1.25 to 1.38. My budget is $1800 - $2000. Thanks

Sorry I have not responded. Is this the one you suggested for me? I think I bought the wrong one

1.38 carat, Round, D Color, VS1 clarity, GCAL Certified Diamond, GCAL Certificate 320090209, Affinity Cut Lab Grown Diamond, D53025412

This is the one I purchased. I can still return it. What do you think?

Depends...what do your eyes tell you?
Do you like the size/spread or would you like to go bigger?
