Hello all,

I am in the process of buying a loose Princess cut diamond.

Here are the dimensions as seen on the GIA cert and crown height from a SARIN report:
Measurements: 5.39x5.35x3.97
Weight: 1.00 carats
Depth: 74.2%
Table: 67%
Girdle: Medium
Culet: None
Polish:Excellent
Symmetry: Very Good
Clarity: VS1
Color:G
Fluorescence: None

Crown height: 14.8%

I believe this to be a 1A AGA cut.

My purchase price is $4700.00

I have also attached the results of the Ideal Scope image which I believe to be consistant with and excellent grade. Does it look good?

Am I getting a good deal? The place I am buying it from is friendly and helpful and willing to work with me. Certainly a plus!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like a true performer and an excellent princess cut...I would grab it before it gets away.

Jason,

I found it using the Pricescope.com search engine. I just got lucky I guess.

Thank you all for your responses!
