I think the head holding the diamond is what "makes" the ring..this sure is an intricate, beautiful head (meant for a cushion shape I think). I''d love something like that for my round, maybe with a plain gold shank (rather than the pave). Mmmmmmmmm

Yep, it says on the auctions that they will make the settings to fit any diamond for $50. Pretty good deals to be had!

I do think they can custom make it to accomodate the size stone you have. They can even upgrade the diamonds. I think it runs about $50 more to do so.
