Old ring found

This ring is old and dirty a little but it says 14k PD on the inside can anyone tell me anything about it

Is it a two-tone ring? Can't really see it in the picture, but from other listings I found online 14K PD stamp might indicate that the ring is two-tone mix of gold and palladium, or if it's all white metal perhaps a 14K white gold alloy with palladium.
