Ok instead of a jump ring what about a skinny lobster claw???? That way either chain could thread through the opening????

The lobster claw is even bigger than a jump ring, so no go.

I''m hoping while I''m there we can tool together a solution.

Alj, is there any way you can use a 6 or 7 inch chain (like a bracelet) to extend the length of the chain during the winter? It would certainly be beautiful with a black turtleneck.
