OEC Values

Hello,

I am new to this forum and was wondering what you consider to be the best price guide for OEC diamonds. I have read that they have increased somewhat in value because of the interest in estate style pieces. Can you shed any light on this for me? What can one expect to pay, for example, for an unmounted OEC diamond 1ct round in the VVS2-VSI1 H-I range? Would the same apply to old mine cute diamonds?

You're right - there is certain interes to OEC as well as to OMC. Are you going to sell or buy? If you are buing, my guess would be $5k-$6k.
