@Begonia, no we never do but it was a good thing you posted that because it reminded me that people would bring her plants to resurrect all the time, looked like we lived in a rainforest sometimes!
Same here but I'm a southpaw and here's my ambidextrous list:
Left handed;
Write
bowl a cricket ball
hold a knife to prep food or clean fish
Cut Opals by holding the dop in my left hand
Right handed:
Throw a ball (seems so stupid with the cricket bowling being left handed)
swing a bat
Kick a ball
Play guitar
Wind the fishing reel handle
Hold the knife right hand when eating (again, stupid compared to prepping food)
I can operate power tools with both hands, neither way feels more comfortable.
The cricket one is hilarious as I played as a kid and my dad tells me about a conversation he had with the coach where the coach was befuddled by me
Coach: so he bowls left handed, but bats and throws right handed. Is he right handed?
Dad: no, left handed
*Coach laughs in bewilderment and puts his head in his hands*
its good this did not happen at the grand canyonI‘m a fairly healthy person and rarely get sick .....
.....Odd but less troublesome than the above is sleep paralysis which causes hallucinations as I sometimes incorrectly transition between sleeping and waking. But I don’t think that has ever happened on a vacation.
I have a type of photographic memory and I subconsciously recall a “picture” of say a room and compare to what I’m seeing, so if something is different or even moved an inch I immediately know it.
I speed read and can proof read at the same time.

I‘m a fairly healthy person and rarely get sick with anything other than an occasional cold or mild seasonal allergies. Unless I go on vacation and then I WILL get sick or injured (often combined with having my period as an extra bonus). I’ve had flu, respiratory infections, kidney infections, pneumonia needed a walking boot (That’s loads of fun at the beach!), discovered new allergies, etc. I was on crutches for my daughters wedding so the trend may be expanding to special occasions. Although it was an out of town wedding so it’s hard to say for certain.
Once I thought I was going to make it but not quite... 2 days before our trip ended I got the flu. It lasted a week after we got home. Another time I felt a little off on the morning of the trip and again it was the flu...full blown fever, chills and aches by the time the plane landed in Hawaii. I don’t like taking any meds but I don’t travel without emergency antibiotics because I’ve learned that on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon it’s a little difficult to get an Rx if you need one! When we plan a trip hubby picks the outings and I check to find the closest urgent care centers.

Yes this...WTH!!!!I swear to God that my period goes off course the months before a trip just to F me up when I get there.
@elle_71125 Do you think you are tasting the molecules floating around from the fragrant item?
Or do you have synesthesia like me? Synesthesia can manifest in different ways. Some people taste sounds, some see colors in abstract concepts, its very possible you could be "tasting" smells through a cross wiring of your brain.
I have synesthesia. Numbers, letters and other non-colored items seem to have intrinsic colors to me.
You know those brightly colored plastic refrigerator magnets of letters and numbers? I've always HATED those! They deeply disturb me because they are THE WRONG COLORS! Looking at them is like hearing nails scraping a chalkboard.
I can accurately predict things that will happen, have dreams of events that then later happen. I described my father in a car crash to my best friend at University over and over that was a dream I kept having and a few years later he was in the crash I had many dreams about.
Sometimes I can "tune" into dead people, or just "sense" or "see" things.
Some of the more interesting times this has occurred is, we were in a bar with a guy my husband knew and he was telling the guy I am clairvoyant. The guy looks at me skeptically in a room full of people listening and says what do you see about me. I touch his arm and it's a vision, a full cacophony like being sucked into a moving swirl of naked young bodies of children. Girls and boys and this guy. So I stand there and say nothing absolutely nothing. The dude says to my husband well your wife isn't very good at this is she?
My husband says to me afterwards well that was disappointing it's not like you not to see anything and I'm like oh I saw stuff alright, it was like a graphic semi violent very disgusting pornographic movie that I didn't think appropriate to actually mention in a room full of listening people.
The next time my husband talks to that dude knowing that is what I saw he asks him a number of leading questions and he finds out he'd been in Thailand on a sex tour and he admitted he has a "thing" for younger people ie children.....
Two interesting ones from here that were PSers - I had a girl contact me randomly and said I read you can sometimes "know things" is that true, because a family member of mine has just died. I said yes that is sometimes true, it's your Dad that died isn't it. She said yes and without telling me anything else I asked he died in controversial circumstances didn't he? And she said yes. I say are the police investigating because if they are not then they should be. Turns out her father married a younger woman and then died in suspicious circumstances. I won't go into graphic detail but without telling me that I described to her what I believe happened.
The second one I still get upset about, I still to this day wonder if I could have done more. Another girl randomly read on the "can you find things" thread years ago that I can sometimes talk to dead people. Her mother had just died and she and her siblings wanted some closure. She and her family asked me if her mother had any messages from them, they I think were expecting me to give them messages of love and reassurance she was at peace and so on.
I tuned into her mother and all I got over and over again was please be careful of the of the children near the pool of water. I said I got a cold chilled feeling and of utmost urgency she is saying the water, don't let the children go near the water. I see an image of snow on the ground we walk through a forest down to something like a lake she takes my hand and she tells me one of your children is going to drown in a large dark pool of water. Over and over again the message is protect the children from the pool or body of water.
The girl was quite disappointed, we discussed the properties her and her siblings owned lakes, swimming pools and so on, we discussed all of the children in the family I told her please keep an eye on all of them, tell your siblings she was adamant I tell you this, that is the only message she wants to tell you. I'm pretty sure the family had no idea what to make of the message, there were no lakes, dams and pools they thought could be any sort of threat to their children, and that it was not what they wanted me to tell them.
About a year later I get a message from the PSer her sister was moving house, they took their eyes off their son for a moment, he has autism and in the moving he had somehow wandered away without anyone noticing him. He drowned in a neighbour's pool. She was so upset, I was so upset. I said I'm so sorry I couldn't help you more. I wish I could have saved him.
Sometimes being able to "see" and "hear" things other people cannot is not a good thing. I do not use it to make any money and I rarely if ever agree to do readings or talk to dead relatives for family and people I know, examples like the last two are why.

@arkieb1 and @ItsMainelyYou, Thank you for sharing those experiences. I know from experience that it can be difficult to open yourself up to potential judgment by skeptics who reject any notion of senses beyond those we call "normal".
@SandyinAnaheim, the world needs more people like you, the animals especially.
@Daisys and Diamonds, my husband has to count the M&M's too!!! They have to be an even number before he shoves them in his mouth as I yell "stop counting them just eat the damn things" lol. Of course I'm only teasing him.
I’ve often been curious to talk to someone who has that kind of gift. To find out what they may “see” about me. Hearing you talk about your side of it makes me realize what a challenging gift it is to have. I can only imagine how helpless you must feel, when things have happened / may happen and you have no control over them.
I have this too and it really screwed me up during math class. Addition and subtraction were bad enough, because 5 (green) plus 7 (purple) equal 10 (black) of course. Imagine mixing oil paint, and it suddenly becomes obvious.
But how on earth did they expect me to divide and multiply?!
I failed math class repeatedly. Had to transfer to private school in order to get through at all, with all the tutoring and extra help possible. Barely scraped by. Never understood any of it.
Fast forward to college, and honors level Logic, Statistics, and non-computational classes made perfect sense and I aced ‘em.
Meanwhile I’m looking forward to receiving my pale 3 (orange) coral necklace soon...
