Can anyone suggest a couple of trusted jewelers in NYC''s diamond district-looking for someone that has only high quality cut stones and that has a solid reputation with users of this site.

The workmanship on my ring is just perfect, the diamond is amazing and FI says they were just wonderful to work with.

I know many of the PS vendors are great to work with for getting diamonds and settings, but what about for small services? I need to get my e-ring re-sized but I''m really nervous about bringing it to just anyone and have them somehow mess it up (I keep seeing the pictures of a PSer''s'' ring that got mangled during re-sizing

).

I work right next to NYC diamond district so you would think I can easily get it done, but I just don''t trust most of them
