Not understanding depth and table percentages

Hi there,
I''m pretty comfortable with color and clarity but I''m not getting the differences in table and depth percentages.
Is this a good diamond? What would be a fair price to pay?

Princess cut
I VS2 2.01 ct
Depth : 71.7
Table : 76
Measurements: 7.01X6.51x4.67

Can someone explain this diamond to me in layman''s terms?
What do I look for when looking for a princess cut? How do I read measurements?
And J color. What do you guys mean by "warm?" By warm do you mean the color of an undershirt that gets dirty overtime? Does it look brown?

I would say...a) read this for context...and b) do a search on ASET, or read what answers Chrono gets in her recent thread.

But...re color...going beyond the basic idea of color...less and with degrees of color...
