normal waiting time?

ordered diamond and setting from GOG on 5/7, who had to wait on Bev K to send the setting. hoping i get it soon....still no word from GOG that they've received it (should have been this week according to original timing).

just seems like kind of a long wait for something that's not really custom.

Apparently they told you the projected time frame if they expected it in this week. Different ring companies have different production times. So since it was expected this week, I'd wait until they reopen on Tuesday and call and just ask if the setting has come in or not. They can always come in a little early or late. Hopefully it is in now or will be in early next week!
