Hi All,

So thanks in part to all of your advice, I was able to make the purchase, from Mark at ERD (what a great experience), and my girlfriend (now fiance!) could not be happier. I promise to post pictures of the ring soon. The question I had though is that the ring is 18K white gold 3-stone trellis setting with side sapphires and a center diamond and being the nicest piece of jewelry she''s ever owned and I''ve ever purchased we were wondering whether or not it could truly be worn all the time? Or should she take it off when she showers, swims, etc.? Is there anything care and wear wise we should be aware of. I can''t seem to find the info by searching, though I''m sure I may be overlooking something. Any help/advice you guys have is of course appreciated.

Many congrats to you both!!

It is best to take the ring off when showering, swimming, doing any rough jobs etc and working out. Also don't use ammonia based cleaners on your ring with the WG and sapphires, ammonia is not good for white gold. Get the prongs checked every so often, about once a year can be a good plan to make sure the stones are secure, a friendly local jeweller should be able to do this for you.

Worn and cared for carefully the ring will be fine!
