Maggie on right; Matata on left

Maggie is 10. She talks constantly, even in her sleep. Takes 6 people to hold her down at the vet''s just to get her temperature during which she emits screams that shatter glass. 500 pounds of tiger in a 10 lb body.

Matata is 11. Didn''t find his voice until he was 5. Large 20 lb. cat with a teensy eensy voice. He''s species conflicted because he spent the first year of his life being raised by my dearly departed dog. Matata loves to play fetch.

Their drug of choice is catnip. Favorite food: Thai.

It is for the summer heat, poor thing.. here are some more..

Look at the little socks... HAHAHA He just looks TOO cute

I am laughing out loud in my office and attracting looks as people walk past my door. Those socks and lion mane are great! Makes me miss my old guy (we had to let him go 6 months ago- he was 19, and had had him since I was 15) He was the long hair cat of the house....luckily we live in temperate weather so we never had to give him a ''lion'' cut, but man it makes for great pics!

My girls are 7 years old and sisters- when I get home I will try to post some of them romping around.

I''m sorry to hear that. But 19 years is a pretty good age for a cat.
We try not to do it too much, cause he REALLY gets shy, and he is NOT comfortable at all! It''s hard not to laugh at him, but it''s just too funny!
