I'm getting nervous I hope everything goes according to the schedule. Though I'm sure that's a naive request.

I'm excited for my FI to get his ring. Is that weird? I can't wait till he wears it :D
 
Its not weird at all! When I got married I was excited about the wedding rings as neither of us had had one before. And I wore my plain band alone for a while afterwards, to admire it & the fact that I was a married woman! My husband isn't into jewellery at all & literally has none, with no intention to EVER have any, but he wanted a wedding ring. He had it made in plat & has never ever taken it off. And I still feel a bit smug that he wears a ring that I paid for & he's all mine :sun:

Plus apart from the memories, the rings are the only true reminder for the rest of your life. Mine has never been removed - I even made the hospital tape over it for my two c-sections 8-)

I hope everything makes you smile and goes the way you want it to go. At the end of the day, you'll be married to the person you love and that's the most important thing. Congrats!

thanks guys! Still getting nervous. Not about getting married. But I'm not good at people staring at me, and all this zbeduling I'm worried I'll mess it up!

Plus I'm totes going to get at my wedding. :lol:

So it all went amazing. I'll have pictures eventually but not a lot of people besides the photographers so i don't have lots to share. We had the wedding at 530 as I wanted to make sure it was dark outside. The church was dimmed and there were candles so it was really pretty. Everyone told me I was fidgeting. I'm sure I was I get nervous with everyone looking at me.

We had breakfast foods for the dinner. People seemed to really love the idea. And the food was surprisingly amazing. Way better than you would think of wedding food.

We put view masters and slides on the tables along with other decorations that looked nice and fall-y

My bouquet was a mix of vegetables and flowers. I think there were thistles in it too. its the only pic I have so far :lol: this is the day after so it doesn't look as put together.

Oh no. We plan to when it gets warm go up to northern Michigan but its too cold for that now.
