Nice Ending (almost) to Spess Story

So I still haven't managed to get the photos of the spessies to load to PS, but I ended up sending back both gems. When I sent back the one to Litnon (that VL so gallantly protected until I could get there and buy it), Michael did the nicest thing. I felt bad about returning it, but he wrote me a note of apology saying they had been swamped and the wrong stone had been sent to me - one they had destined for a recut. He offered me some very nice options to make it up to me (not that I would require that of him but it was so honorable and classy). I think we settled on a gift certificate and waiting until he gets more rough in the hopes that he gets some more of the Namibian deep orange that I love so.

I have bought a few stones from him in the past, but his so professional actions just moved him way up on my list.
