Newbie needing advice on diamond

Ok, first of all... What a great resource! Thanks to all.

Found the stones below at James Allen. Just looking for advice on these diamonds or suggestions for something similar. My budget is 4000, preferably under.

I put the first stone into the HCA and it came up with .7
Going to ask a stupid question... but what is the idea score on the HCA? Are you looking for the lowest number possible or what?

For a few very subtle reasons I like the first stone best

but both will be very nice stones
