Hi! My nephew needs close to a 1 carat round stone . He lives in Kansas City, Missouri, and knows nothing about purchasing diamonds. Your help would be much appreciated. Any reputable stores in his area?

What's his budget? Any preference in colour and clarity would give us some ideas.
