Negotiating Price

[Diamond Confused]

I was reading an old post on here about negotiating prices on e-rings. Wil a vendor like Tiffany or Cartier do this? Does anyone know for a fact that they do or don''t?

I can''t help you with cartier but I read lots on Tiffanys before we purchased from there and there isn''t a hope that you will get a discount there unfortunately. You could try signedpieces.com though where they sell second hand Tiffany and cartier.
