Negotiating Price for (Niessing) Setting

How much room should I expect when negotiating the cost for a setting (in this case a Niessing tension setting)? Is quoted price what I should expect to pay, or is this like most jewelery, with some flexibility in negotiating downward? Thanks!

I don''t know much about negotiating jewelery but what I have learned is that everything is negotiable.Jewelry is always market up at least 300%. I would give it a try, whats the worst thing that could happen. I would start by saying " I really like the ring but I was hoping to spend...(insert lower pricer here)" " or ask if they are having a sale soon"
those are my thoughts.
