I know a lot of you buy on ebay and I am working on a project for some "before and after recutting" photography. So has anyone seen any cheap 2-3 carat stones that are horribly cut or windowed lately on ebay? Or can recommend some windowed stone dealers to me?

Ideally untreated gems from 2-3 carats with decent clarity would work well.

I think I have two vendors that may fit the bill.
I bought a spinel with pretty good pink color but horrible cutting from gemsmystery_imperial it is 2.78 cts and I paid $17.99 for it. http://stores.ebay.com/GemsMystery


The other stone is from chanthaboongem, it is a blue spinel, that has pretty bad cutting but not as bad as the above mentioned. It is 3.49 cts and cost 19.33. http://myworld.ebay.com/chanthaboongem/

Some of Tan's stones (odysseygem/gemburionline/vvs1gem on Ebay) would fit the bill. He often has stones that are beautifully colored but windowed or otherwise poorly cut.
