Need some advice for mined eternity bands

Hello,
I haven’t posted for awhile and could use some help.

I am looking to have a few eternity bands made for our 30th anniversary. At the time we were married there was no PS and I purchased a 3ct Harry Winston e band to go with the e ring.

I am now looking to match those quality diamonds with mined diamonds- my ring has certified D/E color, VVS/IF, and Ideal to Excellent cut stones.

I have priced bands from several of the PS vendors and they vary wildly for what seems like a pretty traditional band. In the past 20 years I have purchased from many of the PS vendors with high satisfaction but on this band I’m feeling like a share spring round brilliant band in platinum should be a pretty standard comparison. Obviously the big brands are gonna be 3-4x the price- but I did verify that the specs I have outlined above are what I want to match.

My question: can you all recommend a vendor for my request? I’d like to either validate my direction or check out a few other vendors before I commit.

What size stones are you looking for or what total carat weight?
 
I am looking for a TCW of around 5 Ct. Thinking 0.35-0.4ct
 
Not sure what your budget is but you could do ACAs. Whiteflash has quite a few .40ish stones in the D/F VVS/VS range.
One PSer did a whole tennis bracelet of ACAs. It was lovely! I, and many others, can vouch for Whiteflash.

I think if Whiteflash can do a whole matching tennis bracelet they can certainly do an eternity ring.

I am thrilled to introduce my dream TB. What I love most on this forum is to be inspired by so many stunning diamond jewelry and learn about specifics.



When I visited high end jewelry store, I face three issues; (1) I can’t select specific color or clarity and (2) they can’t remove extra diamonds from price even though my wrist is small and (3) over priced.



Given this, I asked several opinions on this forum about the quality of WF ACA.

Those of you who know me outside PS know that I have been obsessing over getting a tennis bracelet for close to two years now! I’ve been so very undecided on the size. I had finally settled on going with a 6 tcw, until I saw a bracelet locally that was around 14 tcw. I loved the presence it had on my wrist but thought it was just a touch too big. After going back and forth with WF (Vera and Brittany have the patience of saints!!!), I finalized on a 10 tcw.

My eternity band from Whiteflash has finally arrived. I’ve been waiting about 5 weeks for this beauty. But you know what they say- good things come to those who wait...

So without further ado, may I introduce....

7 ct eternity band: 14 x 0.5ct, ACA, H color, VS, plat Annette u prong setting. This ring is big, bold and 1 million % fabulous (if I may say so myself;)2)

I’m not planning on wearing this eternity band with my solitaire but my wedding eternity band is at the jeweler for its routine check up so I tried it for fun.

15 point A Cut Above diamonds: H&A, F-G color, VS2 or better
Approx. 2.7 ctw, size 4.5 (I'm actually closer to a 4-4.25 but darn knuckle and I need a little room for summer)

I am sure that you can match the quality of the diamonds with some of the jewelers you have listed. The question in my mind is if their settings will match your current band. Are you looking for an exact match for these bands to be worn together? Height of the band and placement of prongs should be verified with the company you choose to create the band. I would start with sending them detailed pictures of your current band. David Klass has a great reputation too but then you would have to match the diamonds. Buying another band from Winston might be the obvious choice but will be very pricey as I am sure you are aware!
 
A note - the bigger brands basically stock GIA XXX cut - and at least half of them would fail HCA and Ideal-Scope testing
