Need solitaire help......

Doess anyone know of a place who will trade.

I have 6 prong 14kt wg soltaire mounting for a 2 ct. RB that I need to swap for a similar PR mounting. My PR is 1.55 carat, 6.35 x 6.14.

The company I bought the solitaire ring from sent me the wrong ring and aren't even answering my calls.

The solitaire I have has never been used/worn..... brand new.

Anyone know of a place?

Which company is this? I would try to contact them again. If this doesn't work, you can file a claim with your credit card company (assuming you paid by cc). American Express offers buyer protection as well as Paypal if the product you got is the wrong one.

All else fails, you can try to resell it but it's unlikely you'll get what you paid.

Primestyle.com I do not recommend them and I'm going through the chargeback process rigt now but I need the solitaire mounting sooner than I think it will take to get the refund and repurchase a new one.

whats a PR?

While your in the process of transferring can you just get one from someone else? forgoing the "trade", even if its just a cheaper simple solitaire until this is resolved?

makes sense. I guess i dont frequent enough princess ones to see it abbreviated


places have cheap 180-200 ish settings you could put it in if you need it in a setting now but dont have a lot.

also heres a ritani one, if theres a brick and mortar store in your area that sells it you can get if for under 500, and i dont think anyone would call it "cheap" looking
