about 88 cut diamond...they look really nice, but is it really more brilliant than traditional 57 cut diamond? it''s because of more reflection or fire?
i heard that the 57 cut diamond is the most brilliant style in theory, confused...
someone pls explain this to me.......

88 cut diamonds are beautiful, but I''m not sure they''re going to take off. Like trying to teach an old dog new tricks - it''s hard to get people to open their eyes to new things. Why do I know this? I''m a diamond broker. I have a wonderful relationship with the cutter of these stones and even with my discount, it''s hard to move them. The hearts and arrows cut is by far the most beautiful. It also guarantees that the cut is Ideal. But then a triple Ideal cut from AGS is mind blowing. And the Super Ideal from them, well if you get the chance to see one, buy it. It''s a toss up between the 88 and H&A''s. If you can put them side by side, then you''ll have your answer. It is true ''Beauty is in the eye of the beholder'' The point is......The better the cut the more brilliant the stone.
