Need opinions on which ring to choose. Help!

Tacori above


Verragio above

Hello all!
We recently upgraded to a 2.35 carat round and now I’m trying to decide between these 2 settings. And to further complicate things, I am debating on removing the pave stones on the side. Thoughts?! Thanks everyone!

I love the halo on the top one! The basket on the Verragio is super special, but most people will never see the amazing details. I like the halo on the the Verragio but it just isn't as unique as the Tacori and I think it's a showstopper.

As for the pave, a lot of times I think pave can distract from or compete with some of the details in a ring design, but I just can't picture the Tacori without it. Would the side pave still be there?

I’m getting quotes on the Tacori without the pave and they didn’t have any in stock for me
To even picture. I think with that halo, it would probably look ok since it’s so unique to begin with!

The geometric pattern of the Tacori is interesting but I prefer the Verragio. I actually look at the side profile of my rings a lot.

The first photo is just stunning and what everyone else and you will mainly see when you look down at your ring.
Usually I agree with the above, that pave takes away from the look, but in this case it compliments the setting perfectly.
