I don't know where to start, can somebody help me please. I need all the help I can get if I'm going to choose the perfect ring for my fiance. I have a picture of what I want but I don't know how to go about searching for it. Thanks for all your help and suggestions.

Based on that one pic, it looks to me as if it's 5013 from Verragio's Venetian Collection; you'll see that it's also available in two-tones:

Whiteflash is an authorized Verragio dealer & highly respected here on PS; here's the WF page for 5013 -- I'm sure they would be happy to order a 5013 in two-tone, should she like that look:
