My boyfriend has solicited my help in choose a diamond, and after trolling through this website (which has been so helpful!), would love your input as we are close to making the purchase! I'm interested in round, ~2.25 carats, G, SI1. I found this ACA at Whiteflash which looks promising (is eye clean), but it looks like you can still see something in video. Should I be concerned about this?

There's also an ACA H, VS2 for about the same price. Most jewelers I've spoken to have said I should stick with G or better, but I'm curious if you really see a difference?

Or there's one in the virtual inventory that seems promising as well - G, VS1.

Which one of these do you think would be best?

Thank you for your help!

Ask Whiteflash for a picture of the G and H side by side (plus the side view). Both nice stones. See if you can tell the color differences from the
pics or if one catches your attention over the other.

The virtual stone is not an ACA and does not carry the super nice trade-up policy.

do not consider any of the virtual inventory diamonds. They are not in house, cannot be inspected by anyone at WF, and will not qualify for their upgrade policies. Go with the ACA!

can also ask them for videos against white background

i would go for the aca in a heartbeat. i recently received my ring, which is an H, 2.91ct, i can't tell any color!! it's beautiful!!!!

Thanks all for your input! I'll stick with the ACAs and ask for side by side comparisons. I also found this 2.3 ct ACA H SI1 which looks pretty good, and less visible inclusions even when magnified.

How does this one compare versus these other ACAs? Is there anything you all can tell from the analyses that would make you choose one over the others?

2.25 ct, G, SI1
