hello fellow PSer's!

My local jeweler in Okianwa has a really pretty pearl slide pendant. With my discount it would be around $220.

Stats:
*14K/W(1.96g)
* Black South Sea Pearl 11.25mm
* Necklace 18"

Do you like it or could I do better elsewhere?

I am hoping HHPmom (and some of the other posters) will help you with this one, she knows single pearls and their pricing.

I think it's very beautiful, but it's hard to tell what's going on, the photo is a little odd, even the chain looks green. Is it green gold? Does it have that green overtone in RL? If so, then I think it's a real beauty! :cheeky:

hi Ilander!

No it is not green in RL at all...it does have a slight emerald or peacock tone which the picture totally ruins. Their photos on their website is horrible. I wonder if they would let me take RL photos before purchasing? They have a no- returns policy :(

No returns? Oh, my. . .

Did you try any other vendors for single pearls?

It does look really nice to me, though. What do you think, since you saw it in RL? Does it speak to you?

Maybe you can check kojime pearls on the net. Sarah has a a selection of single pearls:

She has a Tahitian, that is around 12mm, it's only $100.

She has a 16.9 mm tahitian (which is HUGE!) , but it's pricey:
