need help in getting this ring and matching band

here is the picture of engagement and wedding ring that im absolutely in love with...the center stone is 1.00carat.

where can i get this?...wats the best way to go? buy diamond online and then have it set at a local jeweller? i live in toronto

my budget is somewhere around $5-6K

It is always best to buy an excellent cut diamond first and then the setting. But it will take $5000-6000 to buy the diamond, more than likely.

I can't think of a setting exactly like that, but there are a lot of halo settings on this site:

On second look, I think that picture is of an engagement ring and a wedding band.
