need help finding inspiration

I am thinking about going with pear shaped sapphire side stones for my 7mm round diamond. Does anyone on this forum have a ring like that or does anyone have any pictures of a ring with a round center and pear sapphire sides? Thank you, a picture would help so much. I have tried the search function and was not able to find any pictures.
