Need help finding a round diamond. I have been looking and researching for months now. My opinion keeps evolving and changing. Leading to me really dragging this out. Maybe i am imaging it but, i feel like I am noticing a price increase on round stones and feeling the pressure. I really want to pull the trigger. So, please help me find a round brilliant or high quality OEC. Size and cut are my biggest priorities. Other than that it must be eye clean and near colorless. I want to put it in a pave halo. My budget is around $7,500. Anyone see any deals out there?

is the 7500 for the diamond or the whole ring?

$ 6500 stone and $1000 engagement ring totals?

Other threads have mentioned Ritani, I have no experience with them, so you may want to check them out.
Also ID Jewelry has been mentioned on the forum to work with your budget.

What's your criteria? Other than well cut? Can you go lower in color? Can you go down to an SI2?

I saw this one in person. It's beautiful.

Brian's son helped me put this J next to an H and I can't tell the difference. (We didnt put them on a piece of white paper, just on his diamond tray)

And it's totally eye-clean. I put it so close to my eyes and I couldn't see anything

This BGD diamond is much nicer than the two K's from James Allen. Plus, BGD has better trade-in/upgrade policies, if those are of interest to you.

K color is typically noticeably tinted, even from the top in some lights, and at 62+ depth, both of those James Allen stones are likely to show more tint than a more shallow stone would.

I don't want to go above j. I am fine with an SI2 if it is eye clean. Other than that the bigger the better.

Unless you think the flourcence in these signiture blues from Brian Garvin will whiten up a K significantly.
