should i purchase this diamond for approx 3900.00
never purchased a diamond before and just wanted non biased advise.

wanna make sure its gonna have the fire and brilliance similiar to those damn tiffanys diamonds.

is this the best bang for my buck

Looks good! AGS 0 stones are already proven to have ideal light performance, and the idealscope backs that up (although an IS isn't necessary with an AGS0).

And fwiw Tiffany's stones aren't always that well cut - they sparkle under their store lighting, and you are buying the name and it's assumed performance. But honestly you can buy equal or better quality stones, and it looks like you have! I'd go for it.
