This is a GIA Excellent cut 1.20 ct J VS2 Round brilliant diamond.
Here is some spec:

Table %: 56%
Crown: 15.5%
Crown angle: 35.5
Pavilion: 43 %
Pavilion angle: 40.6
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Girdle: Slightly Thick
Culet: None
Fluorescence: Medium
Measurements: 6.78 x 6.74 x 4.23 mm

No expert here, but it has a great HCA score and appears to be eye-clean. just my 2 cents. You'll get better help from the more knowledgeable PSers.

My budget is 6000 for the stone and I hope to get something around 1.2 ct with great cut, I can compromise on color clarity- as long as eye clean. If you have any candidates, would you be so kind to suggest here? THANKS!!

Here's an option worth considering. Just under 1.2ct (roughly same dimensions as stone linked above), K color, VS2 (should be eye-clean) with an amazing cut.

This one would be close to your budget, after Pricescope discount:

1.15ct, K, VS2

You might try the diamond search engine on this website. You can input the attributes you're looking for and get list of stones that'll match your budget. I think it might be a good place to get you started.
